JX Automations ("JX Automations," "we," "us," or "our") provides custom website design services to small businesses and local service providers across the United States. • Automatically collected data — Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This data is used only for security, performance monitoring, and diagnosing technical issues.

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare your free website mockup

We use a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate the Site and respond to inquiries:

• Resend — processes and delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Vercel — hosts the Site and provides standard server infrastructure and logging.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it. To make a request, contact us at info@jx-automations.com and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

If we ever send you marketing or follow-up emails, you may opt out at any time by replying to that email or contacting us directly.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect, including relying on reputable, security-conscious providers (Vercel and Resend) for hosting and email delivery. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and maintain business records, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described in Section 6.

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
